At senti senti, we want you to love your beauty ritual; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on most unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

Return Process

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
